Debugging test 1: 
- the slopes for rin,din,csin,rsf,dsf,rout,dout,cout, etc come from
  the maximum slopes in tables 9.13.14.15 in xomo101.pdf. Those slopes
  are summarized in lines 75 to 101. Are they correct?

Almost all, if not all, of the slopes were incorrect in lines 75 to 101.
The correctly calculated slopes are contained in debug1.html and were 
inserted into lines 75 to 101 of the code.  Also a zero slope variable,
rin0, was added due to the zero slope for pcap in the COQUALMO effort 
multipliers and defect introduction for requirements.
