This directory contains the algorithms and scripts used in our experiment.

There are demo scripts you can run in the eg directory.
./1 - Does a runtime analysis
./2 - Runs each algorithm 1000 times and plots the results 

We provide all code open-source in the hopes of providing a framework for similar experiments.
