This readme file contains information about, and the requirements for, the COOCMO II.2000 extension spreadsheet COPSEMO.  This spreadsheet is provided by USC-CSE on the COCOMO II.2000 CD-ROM that accompanies the book "Software Cost Estimation with COCOMO II" by Dr. Barry Boehm, et. al.  SUPPORT FOR THE USE OF COPSEMO IS PROVIDED ONLY TO ORGANIZATIONS AFFILIATED WITH THE Center for Software Engineering:  See Appendix D of the Book or the CD for more information on Affiliation. 

COPSEMO has software system requirements.
* Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT OS required
* To open XLS files, MS Excel file format, you must have MS Excel 5.0 or higher
  installed on your system.  If you don't have MS Excel 5.0 or higher, you can
  download MS Excel viewer from the Microsoft web site at www.microsoft.com.
  The MS Excel viewer only allows you to view a spreadsheet, but not all functions,
  such as data input or macros of the spreadsheet.
