Gofun= good old fashioned unix

Creates a special directory under ~/etc (which, currently, is
called ~/etc/wisp/config) for boot scripts. Anything executable
in that directory will be run (in alphabetical order) as a side-effect
of running ~/.bashrc (e.g. at login, or with . ~/.bashrc).

Also, this code provides a decent bash/nano/vim/screen environment.
