In this version, the formation of multi-methods are as follows:
	for-each dataset
		calculate wins, losses and (win-loss) values for each 7 error measures
		store predictions of solo-methods
	end
	
	record how many times solo-methods appear on top-16 over 7 error measures w.r.t. losses, wins then (win-loss) values
