To make and run the tool:

1. You need to make the tool and the model you want to use with this command: 
make model=MODEL Bin=DIRECTORY
where MODEL is the model number (e.g. 3) and DIRECTORY is the the directory that you want the tool to be created in.

2. Run the tool with this command:
./tool
