Appendix A now details how to obtain this material.  For security
reaons, all the available JPL requirements models have been
``sanitized''; i.e. all words replaced with annonymous  variables.

This new draft does not include over-inflated claims about the merits of KEYS[2]
and simulated annealing. Hence, unless you require more information, we have not
added more text in this regard.

For instance, other work on SBSE for requirements that is clearly missing 
and needs to be included is:

1. The paper by Gunther Ruhr at FSE 08
2. The Zhang et al (GECCO 2007) and
3. the work by Bagnall (I&ST 2001).

Ruhe's web site did not list an FSE'08 paper so we used his 2009 TSE paper instead.
A curious omission in that paper is the runtimes of the GAs used in that paper.
While this does not
invalidate that paper, it does mean that we cannot make an extensive comment on that work.
In any case, thanks to this review, we added in a comment on this paper n the "Other Optimizers" section.
