title.tex/pdf: title page for the ESE journal.

refs.bib: all refs appended in this single one.

makefile: generates the manuscript only, not the title page. temp files are created in the same directory...

*.pdf: figures in the manuscript.

*.bst/cls: style files.

i did not include the fdf file for the double-blind revision process. (i.e. in case a  reviewer googles us)
